DulyDrafted generates draft documents — letters, agreements, and statements — from the details you provide, using AI, delivered as PDF files. You pay once per document. No subscription, no account.

What DulyDrafted is not

DulyDrafted is not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Documents are professionally structured drafts that you must review before use. Legal requirements (witnessing, notarization, filing, statutory notice periods) vary by jurisdiction and change over time — verify them for your situation, and consult a licensed professional for anything beyond a straightforward case.

We do not guarantee any outcome: visa approvals, court results, debt recovery, or acceptance of any document by any authority.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for reviewing the generated document, and for executing it correctly (signatures, witnesses, notarization) where required.

You may not use DulyDrafted to produce documents that are fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful — including documents asserting rights you do not hold (for example, DMCA notices for content you don't own).
