Our guarantee

Every DulyDrafted document comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your document for any reason, contact us through the live chat (bottom-right corner of any page) within 7 days of purchase with the payment reference from your Stripe receipt, and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

You don't need to give a reason, return anything, or jump through hoops. One message is enough.

How refunds work

Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Because documents are generated instantly and you preview your document's opening before paying, we may decline refund requests that show a pattern of abuse (for example, repeated purchase-refund cycles of the same document). This has no effect on ordinary customers.

Free regeneration

If your document has an error or you gave us a wrong detail, you don't need a refund — use the free revision box on your download page, or contact us in the chat and we will regenerate it at no charge.
