Privacy Policy

What we collect

The details you type into a document form are used for one purpose: generating your document. They are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to draft the document and, if you purchase, a copy of the generated document travels inside your Stripe checkout session so we can deliver exactly what you previewed.

We do not require accounts and we do not store your documents or form answers on our servers after delivery.

Payments

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the payment data they process.

Support chat

Customer support runs through Crisp live chat. Messages you send there, and any contact details you share in the chat, are processed by Crisp under their privacy policy so we can respond to you.

Analytics & feedback

We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics (no advertising trackers, no consent banner needed). We keep aggregate counters (number of documents generated) and any rating or comment you voluntarily submit after a purchase. Comments are only published with your explicit consent.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any data we hold (feedback, chat history) by contacting us through the live chat (bottom-right corner of any page). Since we don't retain your documents or form data, there is usually nothing else to delete.
